Windsor’s temperature equalled the all-time daily low Tuesday morning, it hasn’t been that cold on October 16 since 1944.
According to Environment Canada, the temperature at Windsor International Airport plummeted to a bone-chilling -0.6 C (31F) Tues, Oct 16 prompting frost advisories to be issued for the surrounding areas.
The average October low is 6.2C (43F).
