Heavy accumulating snow fell last Friday morning on Spain’s Canary Island in Tenerife.
The holiday hot-spot popular with Brits seeking winter sunshine saw the access roads to the Teide Natural Park closed as driving snow made the mountain roads impassable.
Around 7cm of powder accumulated and bone-chilling temperatures of -2.5C were recorded.

Heavy snow has also been recorded in Gran Canaria.
These are not normal conditions for late November.
The Grand Solar Minimum is intensifying.
