ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – For the second night in a row, large hail came down in Albuquerque damaging homes and laying waste to crops.
The Albuquerque National Weather Service issued severe Thunderstorm and Flash Flood Warnings.
The university and Nob Hill areas were hit the hardest, with hail stones measuring 1.25 inches in diameter, said Andrew Church, a meteorologist at the weather service.
“This is a damaged neighborhood,” said John Grisak, as he walked around Nob Hill.
